82 Elizabeth St. Melbourne

82 Elizabeth St. (Cnr. Collins St.) (Formerly Altcon's Building) c. 1907; Building July 12, 1910, p. 45 explains the reason for this "pinnacle" like building which had then apparently stood for a number of years. The Elizabeth St. section however was declared to have been "taken in" and "Mr Newman will build before the end of the year." For the continuation of this plan see Ab 34 alpha.
